CPS Senior Matthew Bihm Signs with Tulane University

Matthew Bihm, an outfielder for the Central Private Redhawks, will attend Tulane University on a baseball scholarship in the fall of 2020. He is a four-year letterman and has been a member of the All-Metro Team and the 1st Team All-District in Mississippi. Matthew is also an honors student with a 3.9 cumulative grade point average.

Present to witness this special moment were his parents, Eric and Angie Bihm, his sister and Central Private School alumnus Lauren Bihm, and his grandparents Carroll and Mary Breaux and Earline Bihm. 

Matthew’s teammates, fellow seniors, and CPS faculty and staff also attended to show their support. All cheered in unison as Bihm finished signing and put on his Green Wave baseball cap.

While attending Tulane University, Bihm said he plans to major in exercise science to pursue a career in physical therapy.
