Central High 2022 Homecoming Court, Jaida Alvin Crowned Queen

Our first member of the Homecoming Court is freshman 

Lexie Guercio

She is a member of our Central High School volleyball and softball teams, serves on the Student Council, and is very proud of her 4.0 GPA. She is escorted tonight by her father, Jason Guercio.

Lucy Patterson 

Next is freshman Miss Lucy Patterson. She is a first-year member of the court and is a first-year CHS Varsity cheerleader. She is a two-time US Junior All Girl National Cheerleader and the gold medalist in 2022. Lucy also serves as a member of the Student Council and is proud of her 4.0 GPA. She is escorted tonight by her father, Casey Patterson.

SaMya Finister 

Our first sophomore member of the court is Miss SaMya Finister. She is a first-year member of the court. She runs track and likes to serve her community with her grandmother by donating and making food baskets for those in need. She is escorted tonight by her father, Sean Hunter.

Destanee Hamilton 

Next is sophomore Miss Destanee Hamilton. Destanee is a first year member of the Homecoming Court and likes to read in her free time and work on her lash business. She plans on becoming an esthetician, ultrasound technician, and a lawyer. Destanee is very proud of her 3.4 GPA. She is escorted tonight by her uncle, Nick Stinson, in remembrance of her father.

Kierra Taylor

The final sophomore member of the court is Miss Kierra Taylor. She is a second-year member of the court. For the past two years, she has been a CHS Varsity Cheerleader and part of the Student Council leadership team. With hopes of becoming a future doctor, she has participated in the National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists summer program. Recently she has been inducted as a member of the National Honor Society and BETA club, with a cumulative GPA of 4.475. To stay involved in the community, Kierra likes to volunteer at schools, shelters, and participate in the Salvation Army Christmas toy drives. She is escorted tonight by her father, Kevin Taylor.

Kyra Cavalier  

The first junior member of court is Miss Kyra Cavalier. She is a first-year member of the court. Kyra is the manager of the CHS girls basketball team, and serves on the Student Council. She is also a member of the CHS Beta club and is involved in the talented musical theatre program. Kyra is proud of her 4.0 GPA. She is escorted tonight by her father, Terence Cavalier.

Kaylen Dillard 

Next is Miss Kaylen Dillard, also a junior. She is a third year member of the Homecoming Court and is a member of the CHS Volleyball team. Kaylen is involved in the Beta club, Mu Alpha Theta, and is proud of her 4.5 GPA. She is escorted tonight by her father, Jerry Dillard.

Daviana Luu 

Our next junior is Miss Daviana Luu. Davianna is a first-year member of the court and is involved with the CHS Beta Club. She is proud of her 3.7 GPA. She is escorted tonight by her uncle, Andrew Bergin.

Lexi Montagnino

The final junior member of the court is Miss Lexi Montagnino. She is a third year member of the court and is a third-year member of the CHS Kittens. Lexi is involved with the Beta club and is proud of her 4.3 GPA. After high school, she dreams of helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin and plans on attending LSU to major in dermatology. She is escorted tonight by her father, Micah Montagnino.

Tori Hannon 

Our first senior and this year’s Homecoming Princess is Miss Tori Hannon.Tori is involved with her church and is a volunteer at the Baton Rouge Food Bank. She was a

dancer for seven years and in her spare time, she loves to sing and dance. She is escorted tonight by her mother, Donna Hannon.

Jaida Alvin 

Next we would like to introduce senior court member Miss Jaida Alvin. This is her 3rd year on homecoming court. Jaida is a 4-year letterman for Central High School Volleyball team, member of Bayou Region USA Volleyball, and the Redstorm National Volleyball League. She is also a member of the Beta Club and National Society of High school Scholars with a GPA of 3.9. Jaida is proud to be a member of the Crossfire Youth Ministry which exhibits faith in Jesus Christ and what He did at the Cross. She is escorted tonight by

her father, Derek A. Alvin.

Connor Foret 

Our next senior is Miss Connor Foret. She is honored to be a first year member of the Homecoming Court. Connor is a tumbling coach at Geaux Athletics and loves working with all of her tiny tumblers. She is a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, and enjoys working out, going to the gym, and spending time with her family. Connor plans to attend Southeastern Louisiana University majoring in education. She is escorted tonight by her father, Ralph Foret.

McKenzie Mayo 

The next senior on the court is Miss McKenzie Mayo. McKenzie is a first year member of the court. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and maintains a 4.6 GPA. McKenzie is in the Talented Art and Talented Musical Theatre programs at Central High School. She has been playing the piano for 12 years and in theater for 9 years. She is also on the service team at Journey Church. After school, McKenzie works at a pediatric clinic everyday and participates in Central Community Theatre productions. She is escorted tonight by her father, Chad Mayo.

Emmy McClure 

Our next senior member is Miss Emmy McClure. She is a first-year member of the court. Emmy has been a CHS varsity cheerleader for 4 years and is a cheer coach at Central Community Athletics where she enjoys working with the future Wildcat cheerleaders. Emmy also attends St. Alphonsus Catholic Church where she was confirmed last year, and enjoys doing service work for them. Next year she wishes to attend LSU and become a dermatologist. She is escorted tonight by her father,  Trey McClure.

Molly Vance 

Our last member of the 2022 Homecoming court is senior Miss Molly Vance. Molly is a second-year member of the court, a 4-year member of CHS varsity soccer team, and a member of the BRSC soccer team. She is a member at Journey Church and loves working

at Lil Wildcats Daycare. Molly would like to thank her parents for always being so supportive of everything she does and truly being the best parents she could ask for. She is escorted tonight by her father, Mr. John Vance.
