Attorney Steve Myers Is Republican Choice As Next District Judge

The Republican Party of East Baton Rouge Parish has endorsed Steve Myers for District Judge in the Nov. 8 election. This is the judgeship formerly held by Judge Richard Anderson. The election district includes Central and Zachary.  In recent voting, it has leaned narrowly to the Democratic side but is still considered winnable by Republicans. Myers is a staunch conservative.
