Jonathan Sumich, Michelle Lewis to Reign over Central Mardi Gras Ball

Jonathan Sumich will serve as King and Michelle Lewis as Queen of the 14th Annual Krewe of Central Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball Feb. 15. The event will be held from 7 p.m. to midnight at the CCA Gym at 10510 Joor Road in Central.

Sumich is owner of Oak Point Fresh Market on Greenwell Springs Road, and Ms. Lewis is owner of Lewis Wrecker on Joor.

The annual ball is sponsored by the City of Central Chamber of Commerce. Tickets for the event are $50 a person, $100 a couple, or a table of eight for $400. A business sponsorship table is $500.

Tickets sell out quickly and may be sold out by the time of this publication.
