Maranto’s Celebrate 50 Years

Jimmy and Evelyn Maranto of Central celebrated their 50th anniversary at a surprise party given by their family on July 26. The event was hosted at The Cedar Room located in Central .

The couple met in high school and were married on July 26, 1969.  They were high school sweethearts.

  They have two daughters: Gina and husband Chris Berry of Denham Springs, and Jennifer and husband Trey Patterson of Central. 

They have five grandchildren: Kinley, 17, Pierce 16, and  Lawson 11, and Patterson, all of Central, and Presley, 15, and Paisley, 9, both of Denham Springs.
