Voters to Elect 3 Members of School Board

Voters in Central will face a relatively long election ballot on Tuesday, Nov. 4 with candidates for offices ranging from school board to U.S. Senate, as well as 14 state constitutional amendments and a parishwide tax measure on mosquito control.

In Central, the only local offices on the ballot are three seats on the Central Community School Board.

Three incumbent members of the board — Will Easley, Ruby Foil, and Sharon Browning face opposition – Philip

Zieglar, Nick Carmena, and Felicia Braud. Incumbents are running on the success of the Central school system, which just moved up to No. 3 in Louisiana.
