DeJean, Hunt Marriage Set Ceremonies at White Oak

Sarah Elizabeth DeJean and Cody Lane Hunt both of Central will marry in a 7 p.m., October 11 ceremony at WhiteOak Plantation in Baton Rouge.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Terry and Tracy Rook of Central and Bobby and Joan DeJean of Prairieville. She is the granddaughter of Aaron and Annette Tassin of Denham Springs, and Shirley DeJean of Port Allen and the late Ashton DeJean. She is a graduate of Central High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a Physical Education teacher with the Zachary Community School System.

Her fiancé is the son of Ronald and Glenda Hunt of Central. He is the grandson of the late Amiss and May Hunt, and the late Benton and Enola Sides. He is a graduate of Central High School. He is employed as a welder at Entergy.

An engagement party was held at the home of Andrew and Molly DeJean in Greenwell Springs on March 29, 2014, and was hosted by family and friends.
