Col. Gordon Jenkins to Be Honored at Naval Museum

Col. Gordon Jenkins, USAF (retired), will be honored in ceremonies at the Louisiana Military Veterans Hall of Honor at the Naval Museum at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 11.  The public is invited.  Jenkins is a 1960 graduate of Baton Rouge High and a graduate of LSU where he was commander of the Pershing Rifles.  The colonel was one of the most decorated Air Force pilots in the Vietnam War.  Shown at right with wife Mary Pat.
