P&Z Kills Triple B Townhouses
CENTRAL — After hearing from a packed house last Thursday night, the Central Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously killed a proposed townhouse development at the entrance to Comite Hills subdivision. The project by Brandon Dotson would have put 20 townhouses on 3.5 acres of land on Triple B Drive.
Resident R. J. Saucier summarized the feelings of many opponents. He cited density which he said was too high density, inadequate roads, sewerage problems, and drainage problems.
The project was also rejected last year.
