Bank of Zachary Announces Promotions Ruth Ann Kuhns and Nicky Gautreau to Vice President

Bank of Zachary is pleased to announce the promotion of two valued team members, Ruth Ann Kuhns and Nicky Gautreau, to the position of Vice President. These well-earned promotions recognize their outstanding contributions, leadership, and sustained commitment to excellence in serving the bank and its customers.

Ruth Ann Kuhns, who joined Bank of Zachary in September 2005, has played a vital role throughout her tenure with the organization, particularly within the Loan Operations Department. Earlier in 2025, she transitioned into the Credit Department, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience and institutional knowledge. Ruth has been instrumental in managing the bank’s appraisal function and streamlining key operational processes with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ruth is a dedicated community leader. She is a graduate of the LBA Leadership School and the Leadership North program, a founding member of the bank’s annual Veterans Day Program, and an enthusiastic volunteer at numerous Zachary-area events.

Nicky Gautreau has been a valuable member of the Bank of Zachary team since 2018, serving as a lender at the Watson Branch. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry,Nicky has demonstrated a deep knowledge of the financial services industry and a consistent ability to deliver strong results. She also leads the bank’s secondary market lending efforts.

Nicky is deeply involved in the Livingston Parish community, where she serves on the Women’s Leadership Council of the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Finance degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and is a graduate of the LBA Leadership School and Leadership Livingston. Nicky is also currently enrolled in the Louisiana Tech School of Banking.
