Bank of Zachary Announces Promotions

The Bank of Zachary has promoted six of its employes, President/CEO Mark Marionneaux announced following January’s Board meeting. 

Latasha London has been promoted to Vice President, Deposit Operations and Compliance, Amanda Moran to Vice President and Loan Officer, Kathryn Richard to Vice President and Head Trainer, Ashley Davis to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager, Alicia Dighton to Banking Officer and Assistant Accounting Manager, and Rochanda Washington to Banking Officer and Treasury Management Specialist. 

Latasha London began her career at the Bank of Zachary in 2009 as an Account Services Representative and has risen through the ranks, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President of Deposit Operations and Compliance. She has exemplified proven leadership, navigating the bank through new product launches and conversions. Additionally, her commitment to mentorship has driven her continuing support of the COE student program that employs students at the local high school. Latasha lives in Ethel with her husband Keith and their two children. 

Amanda Moran has been with Bank of Zachary since 2008, beginning her career in Retail, and most recently served as Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer, focusing on both residential and commercial loans.  Amanda oversees the bank’s Federal Home Loan Bank Small Business Boost program. She was instrumental in the bank’s participation in the Paycheck Protection Program, caring for small business customers during the recent unprecedented economic shutdown.   She serves both the Central and Zachary markets.  Amanda and her husband Dwayne have three children and live in Pride. 

Kathryn Richard has been in the banking industry for over 22 years. She began her career at Bank of Zachary in 2008 when she was hired as Assistant Branch Manager at the Central Branch. She was promoted to Branch Manager at the Main Office in 2011, and in 2015 became the bank’s Head Trainer, responsible for professional development across the organization. Kathryn also serves as the bank’s Security Officer. She has worked in nearly every area of the bank.Kathryn is an active member of the Louisiana Bankers Association and was recently named President of the Louisiana Bankers Education Council. 

Ashley Davis has been with Bank of Zachary since 2013, having served a short stint at the Plaza Branch and the majority of her career anchoring the Retail Team at the Main Office. Ashley ascended to Assistant Universal Banker Supervisor at Main Office before being promoted to Branch Manager at Plaza in August 2022. Only five months later she was tapped to shoulder efforts as Branch Manager at her second branch in St. Francisville. Ashley’s hard work, leadership qualities, and dedication to our customers and community have positioned her well for her management role. Ashley has two daughters and lives in Slaughter. 

Alicia Dighton began her banking career with Bank of Zachary in 2009 as a Teller. She is an integral part of the Accounting Department providing high-quality customer service to both bank customers and stockholders. She recently completed the LBA Leadership School. Alicia and her husband Caleb have two children and reside in Ethel. 

Rochanda Washington has over 12 years of banking experience in the Account Services and Treasury Management fields with the last two years at Bank of Zachary. She has deep relationships with the bank’s treasury management customers. Rochanda maintains high quality customer interactions consistently receiving praise from our customers and her coworkers which contributes to a positive team environment.
