Micah McKanstry to Participate in Johns Hopkins’ Summer Program

Micah McKanstry a 10th grade student of McKanstry Preparatory School in Central has been accepted into Johns Hopkins University Summer Program where he will be taking Introduction to Neuroscience. 

Micah has been a Southern University dual enrollment student since 9th grade. So far he has a total of 12 college credit hours and this summer he will have accumulated over 15 credit hours.

In addition, Micah has been awarded a $7,000 scholarship to attend the 2022 Secondary School Program of Harvard Summer School Program. 

Micah’s family is very proud of his accomplishments.
