Cooking in Central To Accept Bids on Maintenance of The Amazing Place

Cooking in Central will be taking bids for lawn maintenance on their property, Amazing Place, located at 10305 Blackwater Rd.  The property is approximately 13 acres more or less in size.

  The scope of services will be:

• Finish mower cut property every other week during growing season

• Weed eat around pavilion, office and 24 culvert ends once a month during growing season.

  Additional requirements for the successful bidder include:

• Must have valid city and state occupational license

• Must supply an available equipment list with proposal

• Must be licensed and insured as per contract requirements

• As additional cuts may be required from time to time, pricing should be on a per cut basis.

  Proposals should be sent via email to louisjr@lmcbr.com or mailed or hand delivered to 7334 Conestoga Dr. no later than 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021. 

Bids will be opened that afternoon at the Central Chamber of Commerce office, 12416 Hooper Road. Cooking in Central reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
