Taco Bell, Waffle House, Marathon Oil Joining Growing Central Marketplace

Three national chains have identified the growing Central marketplace as a place where they want to do business, and Mayor Jr. Shelton says there is much more coming.

Taco Bell has opened their new restaurant at the corner of Hooper and Joor roads, and the company is already reportedly seeking a second location in Central.

Waffle House is in the process of acquiring property on Greenwell Springs Road between Ross Tire and Sonic for a restaurant.

Marathon Oil is in negotiations for a tract at the corner of Greenwell Springs and the Central Thruway to build a large gas station and convenience store much like a Racetrack.
