The Central City News is published monthly on the first Thursday of the month (except January when it is on the second Thursday). It strives to provide objective, award-winning coverage of news about Central. Normally, it is published at the same time as its sister publication, the Capital City News. However, this week’s paper is a special edition for the Central election on May 3. The circulation this week is 10,000 copies with total readership estimated at over 25,000, plus on-line readership.
