Billy Nungesser Campaigns for Lt. Governor

Plaquemines Parish president Billy Nungesser brought his campaign for Lt. Governor to the Ronald Reagan Newsmaker Luncheon and explained the role he would play as Lt. Governor.  Nungesser, the leading fundraiser in the race, said the governor needs a partner to get things done.  But he has to stand up to the governor when he’s wrong. Nungesser said he learned how to do that when he called out Obama after Hurricane Isaac.
